Over her remarkable three-decade tenure at leading professional services company Accenture, Yaarit Silverstone has served in a wide variety of critical roles, including her most recent title of Senior Managing Director for Strategy, Talent & Organization. Silverstone’s range of expertise encompasses a large spectrum of organizational and leadership domains, and she contributes particular insight in human capital strategy and talent management solutions to Accenture.
Before beginning her legendary career with Accenture, Silverstone worked in key positions with Gemini Consulting and AECI’s strategy team. A passionate volunteer, she has served on the board of the United Way of Greater Atlanta among other community benefit organizations. She earned an MBA in psychology, social work, and business and managerial economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
