Accenture Looks Outside And Names New Federal Cybersecurity Services Head

The tech services giant recently announced it was beefing up leadership and tapped well known industry expert Aaron Faulkner to lead the charge in federal cybersecurity services. The practice has been a key component to Accenture’s continued growth and strategic plan in becoming the dominant player in cybersecurity.

John Goodman, chief executive of Accenture Federal Services states, “With the cyber threat landscape getting more sophisticated, Aaron’s experience in applying automation, cloud, and AI, to defend systems at the speed of cyber, can help our clients reach the next generation of cyber capabilities.” Goodman continues, “His long standing reputation for cyber expertise will enable the agencies that we serve to stay ready and responsive to changing mission demands and more resilient in the face of persistent threats.”

Aaron Faulkner brings breadth of experience to AFS with over 18 years in the delivery of advanced technology and cybersecurity solutions to public sector and commercial customers. His career showcases a strong track record undertaking critical cybersecurity challenges in digital identity, cyber defense, application security and managed security services.
