CGI Secures 10-Year Contract with U.S. Courts for Digital Transformation

CGI's U.S. has announced a significant milestone by securing a 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC). This contract, with a potential value of $143.5 million, underscores CGI's commitment to providing strategic consulting, advisory, application operations and management, hosting, and support services aimed at modernizing the Judiciary's financial management and acquisitions procedures through their Momentum® platform.

The contract structure includes a 1-year base purchase with nine 1-year options, emphasizing the long-term partnership between CGI and AOUSC. This collaboration is poised to bring a holistic and flexible approach to digital transformation in the federal judiciary, aligning with the ever-evolving IT landscape.
