Private equity firm Godspeed Capital Management LP, specializing in the lower middle market of Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology, announced its acquisition of Smith Consulting Architects (SCA) through its architectural, engineering, and consulting (AEC) services platform, Stengel Hill Architecture (SHA). SHA, known for its award-winning master planning, architecture design, and interior design services in the U.S. healthcare facilities market, welcomes SCA as its first addition, marking an expansion into California. Founded in 1988 by Cheryl Smith, SCA brings expertise in master planning and design across various sectors, including industrial, healthcare, R&D, laboratory, retail, and LEED certified facilities.
