Upon completion of the acquisition, SeaTec will become part of Oliver Wyman's Cavok division, which focuses on technical consulting and services for the aviation, aerospace, and rail sectors. Headquartered in New York, Oliver Wyman operates globally with over 7,000 professionals across more than 70 cities in 30 countries. The firm specializes in providing consulting services across strategy, operations, risk management, and organizational transformation.
