The Consulting Report is pleased to announce The Top 25 Consumer and Retail Consultants and Leaders of 2023. The last few years have been turbulent ones for consumer and retail organizations to say the least. Between the global pandemic, supply chain issues, rising inflation, and other widespread disruptions, companies have had to rethink how they approach just about every aspect of their operations. This year’s awardees earned their spots on our list thanks to their expertise and dedication to innovation in this space across a range of specialties, from digital optimization to supply chain transformation, growth strategy, and marketing, among many others.

Some of the distinguished leaders on this year’s list include Robert Holston, EY’s Consumer Markets Leader & Senior Global Client Partner, who advises Fortune 100 consumer-facing companies and pioneering consumer technology startups on using data and analytics to transform retail experiences and define new markets. Meanwhile, Greg Portell, Kearney’s Lead Partner for Global Client Growth, has developed solutions for some of the world’s largest and most influential companies on how to address consumer needs with meaningful benefits. And McKinsey & Company Senior Partner Sajal Kohli is a well-published thought leader who has contributed to the recent McKinsey Global Institute report on the future of work, growth, and renewal in the United States and is leading McKinsey’s proprietary perspectives on the reformation of retail.

The awardees on this year’s list lead from a range of positions, from managing director to partner, senior partner, vice president, and principal. What they have in common is their deep knowledge of the consumer and retail sector, and their success in applying that knowledge to drive their clients’ success in a challenging economy. 1. Sajal Kohli
Company: McKinsey & Company
Title: Senior Partner, Global Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Practices

Sajal Kohli is based in Chicago and leads McKinsey & Company’s global work in the retail and consumer-goods industries. In more than 25 years of management consulting, Kohli has counseled leading global retail and packaged-goods clients as they set growth strategies and face the challenges of both the changing international landscape and domestic-market shifts because of digitization, consolidation, and new entrants. He has served retail and consumer-goods clients across Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and North America. He serves retail clients across multiple formats, including hypermarkets, pure ecommerce players, grocers, restaurant chains, department stores, and leading consumer-goods companies across food, consumer-electronics, personal-care, beauty, and other categories.

Kohli focuses on working with senior leaders and their management teams to drive growth and commercial and operations transformations across both retail and consumer-goods companies. Over the last few years, he has been spending a lot of time with organizations on the potential and implications of tech enablement, including advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and their implications on the future of work. Kohli has also led numerous private-equity due-diligence efforts, including conducting due diligences and improving business performance of portfolio companies. In addition, he serves leading real-estate investment trusts. Regardless of the scope or size of a project, Kohli makes capability-building a top priority, coaching executives on change management and ensuring that newly embedded solutions and approaches change ways of working and drive business performance.

Before joining McKinsey, Kohli was an executive for a retail and consumer-goods company in Asia and Europe. He has had the privilege of keynoting at leading industry forums, such as for APAS Show, Consumer Brands Association (formerly, Grocery Manufacturers Association), The Food Marketing Institute, Google Retail Advisory Council, and National Retail Federation, among others. As a well-published thought leader, he has contributed to the recent McKinsey Global Institute report on the future of work, growth, and renewal in the United States and is leading McKinsey’s proprietary perspectives on the reformation of retail. As a global citizen who has lived and worked across continents, Kohli is also deeply invested in the power of foreign policy and is a trustee of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He earned his MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

 

2. Charles-Etienne Bost
Company: Kearney
Title: Partner and Head of Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury Business Europe

Charles-Etienne Bost currently serves as a Partner and the Head of Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury Business Europe for Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm with more than 5,300 people working in more than 40 countries. Kearney works with more than three quarters of the Fortune Global 500, as well as with the most influential governmental and nonprofit organizations.

Bost was made a Partner at Kearney in March 2021. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Global Supply for Coty for nearly two years, and as Senior Vice President of Integration and Transformation for Coty for nearly three years. This is not Bost’s first stint with Kearney. From 2004 to 2016, he worked his way up from business analyst to partner at the firm, which was then known as A.T. Kearney. Bost earned a master’s degree in sciences from the École des Ponts ParisTech and a master’s degree in finance from Université Paris Nanterre.

 

3. Leon Pieters
Company: Deloitte Consulting
Title: Global Consumer Industry Leader

Leon Pieters is the Global Consumer Industry Leader at Deloitte, covering retail, consumer products, automotive as well as travel and hospitality and representing $11.9 billion in global revenue. He is also the Global Sector Leader for Consumer Products, serving C-suite clients around the world. Pieters has more than 25 years of experience in complex business and digital transformation projects, supply chain optimization projects, and sustainability & climate initiatives for large multinationals in these sectors. He is leading multi-disciplinary teams across countries and regions, with a focus on “alignment, empowerment, scaling up, and making a sustainable impact that matters.”

Pieters also serves as the Global ESG leader for Clients and Industries at Deloitte. He is passionate about sustainability, reducing carbon emissions, transforming to a more circular economy, and supporting a resilient global supply chain. In this role, he helps senior executives at major companies accelerate initiatives to get to net-zero/net-positive. Pieters is a true advocate in diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace by showing his authentic leadership skills and his true-self. He plays an active role in the all-in inclusion initiative within Deloitte and in NGO organizations as a member of the LGBT+ community.

 

4. Frédéric Thomas-Dupuis
Company: Oliver Wyman
Title: Partner and Head of the Americas Retail and Consumer Goods Practice

Frédéric Thomas-Dupuis is a Partner and Head of the Americas Retail and Consumer Goods Practice at Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and a business unit of Marsh McLennan. In his role, Thomas-Dupuis focuses on large-scale transformations and value creation, both of which are often supported by deploying advanced decision support tools and analytics. Additionally, he manages the firm’s Montreal offices. Founded in 1984, Oliver Wyman is a respected management consulting firm formed by former Booz Allen Hamilton partners Alex Oliver and Bill Wyman. The company employs more than 5,000 professionals, with offices in more than 70 cities across 30 countries.

Thomas-Dupuis joined Oliver Wyman in 2004, working as a Recruiting Partner for the firm’s Canada practice before becoming a Partner in the retail practice. In his career, he has led major transformations of retail companies in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France. He is fluent in French and English and holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.

 

5. Robert Holston
Company: EY
Title: EY’s Consumer Markets Leader & Senior Global Client Partner

Robert Holston is the EY Consumer Markets Leader & Senior Global Client Partner, advising Fortune 100 consumer-facing companies and pioneering consumer technology startups on using data and analytics to transform retail experiences and define new markets. His expert analysis and points of view on retail marketing and brand strategy have been featured in Brand Week, Fortune, AdAge, and The Financial Times. He is often invited to speak on topics related to application of consumer analytics and insights to drive business performance.

Before joining EY, Holston held executive and operating committee roles at leading data, analytics, and digital professional services firms such as Accenture as well as top-50 global consumer brands including The Coca-Cola Company. He has been a board member of the Marketing Sciences Institute and is a Founding Advisory Board Member of Columbia University’s Center for Pricing and Revenue Management. He currently serves on the Presidential Advisory Board for Drexel University. Holston earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Operating Science from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

 

6. Rachel Rosenblatt
Company: FTI Consulting
Title: Senior Managing Director, Strategic Communications, Head of Americas Retail & Consumer Products Practice

Rachel Rosenblatt is a senior managing director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting and is the Americas head of our retail & consumer sector. She specializes in reputation management, crisis communications, corporate positioning, and
communications training. She was named one of PR News’s “Top Women in PR” and is based in New York City.

Ms. Rosenblatt provides strategic communications counsel, media relations, media training, presentation coaching, crisis management, corporate communications and public relations expertise to her clients. She works with some of the world’s most recognizable companies in the retail & consumer space to help them tell their stories more effectively, often in times of challenge or change. Her sweet spot is developing and executing multi-disciplinary communications campaigns to impact multiple stakeholder groups in a meaningful way.

Ms. Rosenblatt is also a founding member of the firm’s communications training team and has designed and implemented media, presentation and investor relations training programs for multinational companies that have been executed around the world. As one of the firm’s senior trainers, she regularly coaches top executives in advance of media interviews, investor/analyst meetings, IPOs and major presentations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2005, Ms. Rosenblatt was a Director at Westhill Partners, a boutique consulting firm specializing in communications strategy. Ms. Rosenblatt is a member of the Belizean Grove, a global group of female leaders. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in psychology.

 

7. Greg Portell
Company: Kearney
Title: Lead Partner for Global Client Growth

8. Kathy Gramling

Kathy Gramling has more than 25 years’ experience in the consumer goods and retail industry. In her role as the EY Americas Consumer Industry Markets Leader, she leads teams in aligning the right parts of the EY organization to resolve consumer clients’ most pertinent issues. Gramling also serves as the global client service partner at Ernst & Young LLP for several significant consumer clients.

It’s Gramling’s view that as a leader, she is in service to not only her clients, but also her peers, her teams, and her EY Consumer community. In this role, it’s important to her to mentor, inspire, and open up opportunities for the next generation, for women, and for minorities both inside and outside of EY. Gramling has deep experience across brand management, consumer and shopper marketing, multichannel, salesforce execution, trade funds management, and marketing mix optimization. Prior to joining the EY organization, she spent 3 years in Paris and 10 years in London leading teams across Europe and Africa. Gramling received her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and her Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary.

 

9. Fulvio Manente
Company: Softtek
Title: Global Solutions Vice President for Retail

Fulvio Manente currently serves as Global Solutions Vice President for Retail for Softtek, a global leader in next-generation digital solutions. Softtek was the first company to introduce the Nearshore model, and it currently helps Global 2000 organizations build their digital capabilities constantly and seamlessly, from ideation and development to execution and evolution. Its entrepreneurial drive spans 20+ countries and more than 15,000 talented professionals.

Manente is an experienced IT professional who has worked for more than 25 years for large companies in Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S. He has solid expertise on strategic planning, innovation road-maps, and national and multinational project and program management, and deep knowledge on mobile development platforms, the best use of cloud services, and the launching of mobile apps and e-commerce platforms.

Prior to Softtek, Manente served as Head of Innovation and Market Intelligence for Estapar, Senior Manager for Walmart Latin America, and as a Team Leader for both Sprint and IBM. He earned a master’s degree in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s degree in finance and financial management services from Faculdade Ítalo Brasileiro, and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Centro Superior de Formação Tecnológica Carlos Drummond de Andrade.

 

10. Marissa Dent
Company: Bain & Company
Title: Partner, Consumer Products, Strategy, and Operating Model

Marissa Dent is the global leader of Bain’s Innovation Strategy & Systems product and a member of the firm’s Consumer Products, Strategy, and Operating Model practices. She has more than 15 years of experience advising companies on strategy, innovation strategy, operating model re-design, and performance improvement. Her portfolio of recent work spans personal care, beauty and cosmetics, food and beverage, and other sectors across consumer products, as well as industrial and financial services companies.

Prior to joining Bain, Dent worked in corporate strategy for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and as an investment banking analyst for Lehman Brothers. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Virginia. The mother of three young children, Dent is passionate about cultivating work-life balance, as well as encouraging the work-life balance of those on her teams.

 

11. Robert Poole
Company: KPMG Australia
Title: Partner, Consumer Goods & Food Sector Leader

One of the most recognized names in consumer goods and agribusiness consulting in Australia, Robert Poole serves as Partner and National Lead of KPMG’s Consumer & Retail and Food & Agribusiness divisions. In this capacity, Poole has drawn on his extensive expertise in the industry to devise effective new strategies for KPMG and advance the areas of procurement and supply chain across the region, working with the company’s Operations Advisory team to drive improved results.

Prior to his work with KPMG, Poole was a member of the Devondale Murray Goulburn executive team, working hand in hand with key government and agricultural professional organizations. Poole earned a Master of Business Leadership in strategic planning and self-awareness from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in agriculture from the University of Melbourne.

 

12. Emmanuel Fonteneau

In his capacity as Global Consumer Products & Retail Industry Leader for Capgemini’s Invent division, Emmanuel Fonteneau leads the company’s international work in consumer packaged goods and retail. Since January 2022, Fonteneau has worked with some of the world’s leading names in retail and packaged goods in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Fonteneau has spent more than twenty years building a reputation as a flexible, insightful leader with a mastery of business process improvement and IT strategy. Prior to joining Capgemini in 2016, he served in high-level consulting positions at IBM and Disneyland Paris, and he began his illustrious career by serving for a decade with Deloitte Consulting. He holds a degree from Audencia Business School in Paris.

 

13. Joanna Rangarajan
Company: Alvarez & Marsal
Title: Managing Director, Consumer and Retail Group

Joanna Rangarajan is Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal’s Consumer and Retail Group, a position in which she helps the company excel in the product development and sourcing for its omni-channel specialty retail and wholesale categories. A veteran of the consumer sourcing world, Rangarajan brings to Alvarez & Marsal her particular expertise in product management, design, development, and quality assurance.

Rangarajan began her storied career in the consumer and retail consulting industry at New York consulting firm Kurt Salmon. She went on to work as director of global sourcing operations at The Children’s Place, and directed sourcing strategy and global operations at J.Crew for more than four years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

 

14. Richard Webster
Company: Bain & Company
Title: Partner, Head of Global Consumer Products

Richard Webster is the Head of Bain & Company’s Global Consumer Products practice and part of the firm’s global leadership team. He helps C-suite executives navigate their most strategic challenges, with a focus on achieving their full potential. Webster has a particular focus on growth related topics — corporate/business unit strategy, portfolio transformation, digital acceleration, and future operating model.

With over two decades of experience at the firm, Webster’s client engagements, largely with top-50 consumer goods companies, have had global scope and covered a range of categories, from food and beverage to personal care. He notably led the return to growth of multiple $10B+ consumer goods companies, from flat revenue growth to robust, sustainable top- and bottom-line performance. Webster holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Bristol.

 

15. Anup Prasad
Company: Cognizant
Title: Senior Vice President, Consumer Business Unit Head

Anup Prasad has served as Senior Vice President & Business Unit Head of Consumer Business at Cognizant since March 2023. Prasad’s keen insight and dedication at Cognizant has seen him rise up through the ranks of the company’s Dallas office, heading its retail and consumer goods teams for the south central U.S. and central U.S. before assuming his current position. He thrives at the confluence of technology & industry expertise and is known for his client centricity & building high-performance teams. He has brought to life numerous strategic and operational advances to cope with the post-COVID world, publishing his insights on that subject on Cognizant’s website and beyond.

Before beginning his exemplary 22-year career at Cognizant in 2001, Prasad worked as a consultant at IBM, and was a manufacturing associate at Arvind Mills. He earned a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, and pursued further training in Reimagining Strategy With Design Thinking from Harvard Business School.

 

16. Anand Divekar
Company: Infosys
Title: Global Portfolio Head – CPG, Retail, Logistics

For more than a decade, Anand Divekar has been bringing high-quality results and people-first leadership to Infosys, most recently as the company’s Global Portfolio Head for CPG, Retail, and Logistics. A recognized expert in digital transformation and strategic account management in the consumer and retail world, Divekar was also Senior Director – Client Services (Retail, CPG, Logistics) for Infosys for seven years.

Divekar’s achievements in the industry date back to his early work with Tata Technologies. Having served for years as an SAP consultant for ConAgra Foods and Sword, he also worked in a management position at A.T. Kearney for six years. Divekar pursued studies at the University of Mumbai and D G Ruparel College, and earned a master’s degree in finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

 

17. Gill Hide
Company: Tata Consultancy Services
Title: Managing Partner, Global Consulting – Retail & CPG

Gill Hide currently serves as Managing Partner for Global Consulting – Retail & CPG for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The consulting company is part of the Tata Group, which is the second largest Indian company by market valuation. One of the largest multinational IT service and consulting companies in the world, TCS employs more than 600,000 people operating in 150 locations across 46 countries.

In July 2010, Hide joined TCS as a managing consultant. In less than two years, she was named Head of Consulting, Retail/CPG for the U.K. & Europe, her most recent role prior to her current position. Before TCS, Hide held numerous leadership positions at Charteris PLC, Conchango, and Confetti Network. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at Marks and Spencer in various leadership roles. Hide, who holds an MBA from Kingston University London, is also a qualified Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. At TCS, she is also a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

 

18. Richard Widdowson
Company: SAS
Title: Vice President, Global Retail & Consumer Goods Solutions

Richard Widdowson serves as Vice President, Global Retail & Consumer Goods Solutions for SAS, a leader in business analytics software and services, and the largest independent vendor in the business intelligence market. Widdowson has more than 30 years of global retail experience. While building his foundation in the industry, he's worked with mass merchants, grocery stores, national chain drug stores, and department stores. Over his career, he’s developed a portfolio of international business experience working for companies in the U.K., U.S., and Canada and overseeing operations in 14 countries. At SAS, he currently leverages the power of analytics to guide retailers and consumer goods companies along their digital transformation journeys.

Before joining SAS, Widdowson held supply chain and merchandising leadership roles at such companies as Walmart, CVS, JCPenney, Save-A-Lot, and other mass market sellers. In the past, he has spearheaded technology implementations and business transformations using Oracle, JDA, SAS, and IBM. This work has served his clients by improving processes and efficiencies that resulted in significant top and bottom-line increases. He is a member of the CGT/RIS Executive Council.

 

19. David Trenchard
Company: Slalom
Title: Senior Principal, Retail & CPG

David Trenchard is the Senior Principal for Retail & CPG at Slalom Consulting, a modern consultancy that helps high-potential companies reach for and realize their vision through strategy, technology, and business transformation. Slalom is a $2.9 billion company with over 13,000 employees and is routinely named a best place to work. Its clients include more than half of the Fortune 100 and a third of the Fortune 500 — along with startups, not-for-profits, and innovative organizations of all kinds.

Trenchard joined Slalom Consulting in May 2021. He was already known as a trusted strategy advisor with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering multi-discipline programs across domestic and international markets. During his 20+ year career, Trenchard has served in leadership positions at some of the most recognizable companies in the world, including Amazon, Microsoft, and Macy's. His experience also includes being the Director of eCommerce for Wireless Advocates, where he was responsible for store operations and communications across more than 900 retail locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Trenchard holds a degree in automotive technology from Walla Walla University.

 

20. Stéphane Blanchard
Company: OC&C Strategy Consultants
Title: France Managing Partner – Consumer & Private Equity

Stéphane Blanchard is a Senior Partner and Head of OC&C’s Consumer, Leisure, and Private Equity practices in France. Since joining the company in early 2021, he's been focused on building OC&C's presence in France by leading research for corporate and financial sponsors, with an emphasis on clients in the consumer goods sector. Blanchard also works with private equity firms on value creation across their portfolios.

Blanchard joined OC&C after more than two decades of senior experience at other leading international advisory companies. Previously, he was a senior partner at French counterpart Advancy, where he led the firm’s private equity practice. Before that, he was a partner at Roland Berger in its Paris office. Early on, he spent six years at Monitor Deloitte and nine years at Accenture. Blanchard received a Master of Science in management from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He also holds an MBA from Harvard University.

 

21. Steve Rosenstock
Company: Clarkston Consulting
Title: Partner, Consumer Products Industry Leader

Steve Rosenstock is a Partner and the Consumer Products Industry Leader for Clarkston Consulting. Launched in 1991 and headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, Clarkston provides life sciences, consumer products, and retail consulting services with consultants who are both experienced and highly successful. In fact, the company boasts a client satisfaction rate of 97% over the past 21 years.

Rosenstock, who has been with Clarkston for more than 15 years, is a big part of the company's sustained success. Since joining in 2007, he's provided key strategic direction to global consumer products companies, enabled peer-to-peer networking groups, and fostered environments for clients to share ideas, build relationships, and drive game-changing initiatives. Before joining Clarkston, Rosenstock spent more than six years at Consumer Goods Technology as a group publisher. Before that, he began his career in publishing at San Francisco-based Miller Freeman, where he worked for five years. Rosenstock holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and telecommunications from Indiana University. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Leading Professional Service Firms.

 

22. Angus (Rory) Finlay
Company: Egon Zehnder
Title: Global Lead of Consumer Practice

From March 2017 to February 2022, Angus (Rory) Finlay served as Head of Egon Zehnder’s Global Consumer Practice. led Egon Zehnder’s global Consumer Practice. For the next year, he served as Senior Partner in the same practice. And as of February 2023, he is Senior Advisor for the Global Consumer Practice. Finlay specializes in CEO assignments that deliver transformation through talent and organizational capability building.

Finlay’s global consumer industry experience includes launching new brands, like Orbit chewing gum, at Wrigley; reigniting iconic brands, such as Canadian Club; and driving category-breaking innovations. Before joining Egon Zehnder, he was Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc. Earlier, while based in Munich, he led marketing operations across 30+ European countries for Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company before serving as the Vice President and General Manager for Wrigley’s confectionery brands. He began his marketing career in the textile industry at Celanese Corporation in New York. Finlay earned a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in textile management from the University of Leeds and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

 

23. Randal Kenworthy
Company: West Monroe
Title: Senior Partner – Consumer & Industrial Products Practice

Randal Kenworthy currently serves as Senior Partner in West Monroe’s Consumer & Industrial Products practice. Rapid changes in technology, competition, and the workforce require a keen focus on becoming ever more agile, innovative, and efficient. That’s where Kenworthy comes in. For one Fortune 50 company, he defined a new product segment and streamlined the R&D process by 30% — enabling the company to bring a new offering to market four months faster than it typically could. He also helped the supply chain, sales, and service functions employ new technology to improve customer service while increasing profitability.

His expertise in internet of things (IoT) strategies — particularly product engineering, smart building, Industry 4.0, sustainability, and smart products — has led to many trusted advisor relationships. He has also optimized clients’ corporate IT, finance, and supply chain functions.

Kenworthy joined West Monroe in 2022 from Cognizant. As vice president and global strategy lead for the IoT and Engineering practice, he helped the practice become the highest performing group and grow the firm’s reputation as an industry leader. Previously, he founded and built strategy and digital transformation practices at multiple companies. These advisory practices have focused on helping manufacturing clients transform their product strategy, operations, supply chain, and sales via digital transformation. Kenworthy earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems and human resources management from the Honors Program at Boston College and an MBA in strategy and finance from Yale University. As an advisor to Beyond Celiac, he is helping the organization’s Business Advisory Council. He is also a founding member of the Boston College hockey mentor program, which provides career planning assistance.

 

24. Carol Raimo

Carol Raimo is Managing Director and Global Consumer Products and Services Industry Lead for Protiviti. She is responsible for setting the firm’s strategy to provide industry specific solutions to its clients as they transform their business. Strategic areas of focus include ecommerce, omnichannel, user/customer/employee experience, finance transformation, digital supply chain including inventory management/loss prevention, audit/SOX, security and privacy, cloud migration, data analytics, and sustainability.

Raimo served as Protiviti's Metro New York Office Leader from 2015-2020, where she was responsible for P&L and revenue growth, leading over 500 people. Her responsibilities included hiring the right people, retention, and building relationships with the firm’s people and its clients to create a positive office culture. She also served as the ERP Solutions Consulting Practice Lead globally from 2005-2015. Her responsibilities included setting strategy; hiring and retaining talent with specific functional, technical, audit, and consulting skill sets; developing internal training programs; building alliance relationships with strategic partners; and enveloping repeatable methodologies.

Raimo has over thirty-five years of consulting experience helping clients mitigate their risks in a number of different technology and process areas. She has been a mentor for numerous people throughout her career and she is very passionate about retaining and promoting women in the workplace. Raimo has served numerous Global 1000, multinational clients in both technology consulting and IT audit. She holds a Master of Science in management information from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from SUNY Oswego.
