At KPMG, Patrick Maes is the Head of Customer, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation Advisory, where he leverages his expertise in data, technology, and AI to help his clients gain a competitive edge. Notable achievements for Maes include implementing pioneering guerrilla marketing actions for Valma care products. Additionally, Jeannine Falcone is the North America Marketing Agency Lead at Accenture Interactive, where she currently leads a team of over 1,500 marketing professionals.

1. Karen Lellouche Tordjman
Company: Boston Consulting Group
Title: Managing Director and Senior Partner

Karen Lellouche Tordjman is a BCG Fellow and a core member of the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Industrial Goods practices. On top of that, she’s also a member of BCG X – the consulting giant’s tech build and design unit, specifically leading efforts to drive breakthrough innovations using behavioral and human-centered design. Tordjman also leads BCG’s Pricing Enablement Center in Paris.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Tordjman has worked across the spectrum of the automotive sector, implementing major transformation programs and focusing on digital issues. Her recent client work includes developing and supporting the implementation of a digital customer experience program for an OEM. During this case, she helped design a seamless customer journey and CRM program, define a mobile strategy, and execute a new communications strategy.

Previously, Tordjman has worked extensively on a large number of marketing, sales, and pricing projects across various industries. She has a heavy focus on marketing analytics, digitalization, and multichannel customer experience. Prior to joining BCG, Tordjman completed internships at Air Liquide and Credit Agricole.

 

2. Caroline Kelly

Title: Managing Director

Caroline Kelly is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications Advisory business segment in Dublin. Kelly leads the Teneo Ireland digital team, whose work spans digital communication and strategy, creative campaigning, narrative development, thought leadership, and more.

Kelly works across a number of key accounts achieving exceptional results for these clients by forging strong relationships and developing a solid understanding of their industry and business requirements. She excels when it comes to distilling client briefs to create impactful and effective campaigns–and she has worked on a wide range of award-winning campaigns for her clients. Moreover, Kelly sits on the Irish leadership team and is also very involved in new business development.

Prior to working with Teneo, Kelly held a number of in-house marketing and communication roles for Irish businesses. She also spent time working in London and Melbourne. Kelly is a graduate from Dublin Institute of Technology, where she obtained a 1st class Honours degree in the MSc for Marketing. Prior to this, Kelly studied at the University of Limerick, obtaining an Honours Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She also achieved a Distinction when she completed a Diploma in Digital marketing in 2012. She is continuously studying, having recently completed the Teneo Global Leadership Development course.

 

3. Jamie Cleghorn

Jamie Cleghorn is the global leader of Bain’s B2B Commercial Excellence group within the firm's Sales & Marketing practice. Prior to joining Bain in 2005, Cleghorn worked in healthcare marketing. He has an MS in Marketing from Northwestern University and a BA in History from the University of Illinois.

 

4. Bo Finneman

Title: Partner, Miami

Bo Finneman is one of McKinsey’s core leaders in the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice, where he serves consumer-facing clients on programs that support a triple impact agenda across revenue expansion, consumer centricity, and social impact. He has led innovations in consumer insights through the Consumer Decision Journey approach. Notably, he launched the firm’s proprietary growth metric, the Customer Growth Indicator. Finneman also designed McKinsey’s Profitable Growth Navigator, using machine learning to identify growth pockets based on leading digital data.

Today, Finneman leads his company’s Consumer Digital and Analytics venture, which includes the support of clients across data-driven marketing, omni-channel experience, e-merchandising and commerce, as well as digital business builds. Over his 15 years at McKinsey, he has also partnered on a range of additional topics, including brand positioning, creative excellence, pricing, and frontline sales. Finneman additionally serves as the leader for People across nearly 1,000 colleagues that work with clients across Marketing and Sales–fostering their community and development within his company.

Finneman’s experience in Marketing and Sales prior to joining McKinsey includes leading audience development for a digital media company, Wetpaint.com, in New York. He also worked across sales, shopper insights, and brand management at E&J Gallo Winery.

 

5. Laurence Buchanan

9. Jonathan Gordon

Title: Partner and Global Co-Lead of Marketing Practice

Jonathan Gordon is a Partner and a global leader of McKinsey's marketing and brand strategy practice, where he plays a crucial role in helping consumer companies develop marketing strategies and build capabilities that drive top-line growth. He joined McKinsey in 1995, starting his journey in the London office, and has since worked with a diverse range of consumer clients across various categories.

Some of his recent notable engagements include leading a marketing-led growth program for a leading credit card issuer, driving business transformation for the luxury division of a global automotive player, spearheading analytics transformation at a large media organization, developing mass and premium portfolio strategies for a beer company, overseeing brand redesign for a regional bank, formulating brand strategies for a rapidly growing cosmetics brand, and developing sports sponsorship strategies in the beverage and electronics sectors.

Gordon has co-authored the McKinsey Quarterly article titled "The Dawn of Marketing's New Golden Age." He is a significant contributor to the company's knowledge base and his work has been published in prestigious journals such as The Economist, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, and Financial Times. Prior to joining McKinsey, Gordon gained valuable experience as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble. Originally from Ireland, he graduated with first-class honors in biochemistry from the University of Oxford.

 

10. Jean-Manuel Izaret

Jean-Manuel Izaret leads the Marketing, Sales, and Pricing (MSP) practice for Boston Consulting Group in North America, as well as the global pricing topic. He teaches several courses on pricing at Coursera.

Before joining BCG, Izaret worked for Royal Dutch Shell in marketing and sales; and as a quality engineer in the company’s chemical plants. He received his PhD and MS in engineering from École Centrale Paris. He also holds an MS in economics from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.

In his earlier career, Maes served as a managing partner at Limelight Communication, where he specialized in creating sales support tools for pharmaceutical companies, revitalizing forgotten brands, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. Notable achievements include developing the first television commercial for Miko-coffee during the VTM launch; and implementing pioneering guerrilla marketing actions for Valma care products. During his first five years in Asia, he led the group that tripled the size of Accenture’s business in Asia across industries. He previously served as the worldwide lead for Accenture’s Consumer Goods and Services Industry practice.
