The CEOs featured in this year's list distinguish themselves by their unwavering dedication to advancing their clients' objectives. They achieve this by harnessing the extensive collective experience of their organizations, offering distinctive insights and strategies to ensure sustained business success. Setting themselves apart, these leaders showcase industry-specific expertise and a range of capabilities, enabling clients to navigate through complex and dynamic business environments with confidence.

Among the notable honorees on this year's roster, David Kessler of CohnReznick stands out, having steered the company to unprecedented growth as its CEO. Under his leadership, CohnReznick has evolved into a $1 billion revenue organization with a presence in 30 U.S. offices and a workforce exceeding 4,700 employees. Another distinguished figure is C Vijayakumar, the CEO & Managing Director of HCLTech, who, after nearly three decades with the company, remains integral since his early days as a core team member involved in designing and implementing India's inaugural fully automated trading network at the National Stock Exchange. Lastly, Horacio Rozanski, who embarked on his journey with Booz Allen as a summer intern in 1991, ascended through the ranks, played a pivotal role in the company's 2010 IPO, and ultimately assumed the role of President and CEO.

1. Alex Liu
Company: Kearney
Title: Managing Partner and Chairman

A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Alex Liu was elected in 2018 as Kearney’s ninth managing partner and re-elected in 2021. He also serves as the firm's chief diversity officer. Liu has served as both speaker and co-chair at the World Economic Forum (WEF), where he is a member of the International Business Council (IBC) composed of more than 120 global CEOs, sharing his perspectives on global trends across a range of fourth industrial revolution and future-workforce topics, including at events such as the Annual Meeting in Davos and the WEF on Africa summit. Liu speaks regularly on matters of culture, justice, and joy, hosting the popular podcast Joy@Work; and has authored a new book focused on these topics, Joy Works. He is quoted regularly in HBR, FT, CNBC, and other leading business media.

Liu, who joined Kearney as a partner in 1996 and rejoined in 2001, having also led numerous client transformations in the tech and telecoms space and previously serving as a board advisor to Emirates Telecommunications Company (Etisalat), has been industry-recognized by Consulting magazine as a global Top 25 Consultant and by the Global Diversity List as one of its top 10 senior executives in global diversity. He has served as CEO of a technology start-up and earlier as a partner with Boston Consulting Group, where he helped establish their Asian operations outside of Japan. He began his career in brand management at a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. Liu earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in economics magna cum laude from Yale University and remains an avid rugby player.

 

2. Horacio Rozanski
Company: Booz Allen Hamilton
Title: President and Chief Executive Officer

Horacio Rozanski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton. Notably, Rozanski started with Booz Allen in 1991 as a summer intern, and a year later, joined full-time as a strategy consultant in the firm’s commercial business. He rose through the ranks and served as chief personnel officer, chief strategy and talent officer, chief operating officer, and president before becoming chief executive officer in 2015. He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. During his more than 30-year Booz Allen career, Rozanski has played an integral role in the firm’s major strategic initiatives, including the successful 2010 initial public offering.

Rozanski has led the transformation of Booz Allen from a traditional consulting firm to the premier technology integrator and innovator for the U.S. federal government. Today, Rozanski sets the strategic direction for the firm’s next era, which is encapsulated in the VoLT growth strategy. In the face of rapid technological change and complex global challenges, Booz Allen is innovating with speed and agility to help our nation respond and thrive. Born and raised in Argentina, Rozanski moved to the United States to attend college. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

 

3. Nigel Vaz
Company: Publicis Sapient
Title: Chief Executive Officer

Nigel Vaz is the CEO of Publicis Sapient, a business transformation company that is focused on helping companies thrive in a world that is increasingly digital. With expertise spanning strategy, product, experience, engineering, and data, Publicis Sapient helps businesses sustain relevance by adapting to change and capturing value through digital. In more than two decades with the company, Vaz has acted as a strategic advisor on complex transformation initiatives with clients across geographies and a range of industries including financial services, automotive, retail, consumer products, and telecommunications, media & technology.

In addition, Vaz is a member of the Directoire + of Publicis Groupe and is the Global Lead of Digital Business Transformation for the communication, media, data, and technology group. An inductee of the BIMA Digital Hall of Fame, Vaz has also served as President of the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) and board director of The Marketing Society. He is a regular commentator in broadcast and print media including the BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, the Financial Times, and Wall Street Journal; and author of numerous articles on business transformation, technology, brand experience, and culture.

 

4. Aiman Ezzat
Company: Capgemini
Title: Chief Executive Officer

Since May 20, 2020, Aiman Ezzat has been the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini SE. Ezzat has also been a director of Capgemini SE and a member of the Strategy & CSR Committee since the same date. Previously, he was a director of Air Liquide since May 4, 2021. Among his honors, he was named the “Best European CEO” for the technology and software category in Institutional Investor’s “2021 All Europe Executive Team” annual ranking. Earlier, Ezzat served as COO of Capgemini SE; and CFO of the Group. He was also named the “Best European CFO” for the technology and software category in Institutional Investor’s “2017 All European Executive Team” annual ranking.

From 2008 to 2012, Ezzat led the Financial Services Global Business Unit (GBU) after serving as COO from November 2007. He also served as Capgemini’s Deputy Director of Strategy from 2005 to 2007. He played a key role in the development of the Booster turnaround plan for the Group’s activities in the U.S., as well as in the development of the Group’s offshore strategy. In 2006, he was part of the acquisition and integration team for Kanbay, a global IT services firm focused on the Financial Services industry. Before joining Capgemini, from 2000 to 2004, Ezzat served as Managing Director of International Operations at Headstrong. Ezzat graduated from UCLA Anderson School of Management with an MBA in management and from CPE Lyon with an MS in chemical engineering.

 

5. Salil Parekh
Company: Infosys
Title: Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Salil Parekh is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting with over 300,000 people. Parekh has nearly three decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds, and managing successful acquisitions. He is a member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Earlier, Parekh was a member of the Group Executive Board at Capgemini, where he held several leadership positions for 25 years.

Notably, Parekh was responsible for overseeing a business cluster comprising Application Services (North America, UK, Asia), Cloud Infrastructure Services, and Sogeti (Technology & Engineering Services Division). He was responsible for the strategy and execution of these businesses - setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. He was also the Chairman of Capgemini’s North America Executive Council. He was the architect of the North America growth and turnaround strategy and was instrumental in setting up their offshoring capabilities. Parekh holds Master of Engineering degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

 

6. Amy Gilliland
Company: General Dynamics Information Technology
Title: President

Amy Gilliland is President of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a $8.5 billion global technology enterprise with operations in 30 countries worldwide. Under Gilliland’s leadership, GDIT has embarked on a growth strategy focused on in-demand technology market areas such as artificial intelligence/machine learning, cloud, and cybersecurity. This strategy includes building a diverse network of partners that bring commercial technology to government missions, resulting in more innovative solutions. Gilliland has more than 25 years of public sector experience including service in the U.S. Navy and nearly two decades in leadership positions at General Dynamics. Prior to her current role as president, Gilliland served as deputy for operations at GDIT.

Before joining General Dynamics, Gilliland served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Congressional Affairs Liaison Officer, and Public Affairs Officer. She earned a bachelor’s with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s from Cambridge University, and an MBA from Georgetown University. Gilliland was elected to the Board of Directors of BNY Mellon in April 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Economic Club of Washington, DC, as well as Vice Chair for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. She has been recognized as one of Virginia Business Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Virginians, a Washingtonian Tech Titan, and is a five-time Wash100 award winner.

 

7. Scott McIntyre

Title: Chief Executive Officer

Scott McIntyre is the Chief Executive Officer of Guidehouse, a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets. With more than 25 years of executive experience, McIntyre is recognized across the highest levels of government for his unique ability to bring his cross-sector expertise and leadership experience to solving complex problems and delivering transformational, impactful change for clients across public sectors and regulated commercial markets. Before joining Guidehouse, McIntyre was a partner at a large global management consultancy, where he spearheaded a number of strategic sectors, including U.S. and global public sector businesses and their U.S. National Security Practice. Earlier in his career, he worked as a partner at a professional services firm advising clients in the government, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors. McIntyre earned an MBA from Willamette University, an MS from Johns Hopkins University, and an undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College.

 

8. Bill Thomas
Company: KPMG
Title: Chief Executive Officer and Global Chairman

Bill Thomas is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG International, where he leads and supports more than 265,000 remarkable people focused on delivering exceptional services to clients throughout the world in 143 countries. 9. Nazzic Keene
Company: SAIC
Title: Chief Executive Officer

Nazzic Keene is the Chief Executive Officer of SAIC, headquartered in Reston, Virginia. With annual pro forma revenues of $7.1 billion and 26,500 employees, SAIC provides system integration, engineering, and IT solutions to defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. Keene became CEO and was elected to SAIC’s Board of Directors in August 2019. She joined SAIC in 2012 and has previously held several increasingly responsible executive positions with the company, including COO, president of the company’s Global Markets & Missions sector, and SVP for Corporate Strategy. As COO, a position she held starting in 2017, Keene was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the corporation, including its long-term strategy for sustained profitable growth.

Keene has three decades of experience in the information systems and technology services industries, with more than 20 years in executive management. Prior to joining SAIC, Keene was the SVP and general manager for U.S. Enterprise Markets at CGI, where she led the company’s U.S. expansion. This included all aspects, from strategy development and execution to operational excellence and leadership development. Keene began her career in the communications and IT industry after completing her bachelor’s at the University of
Arizona.

 

10. Carmine Di Sibio
Company: EY
Title: Chief Executive Officer and Global Chairman

Carmine Di Sibio is the EY Global Chairman and CEO, one of the largest professional services organizations in the world, which last year achieved $50 billion in revenues. Prior to being elected to his current post, Di Sibio served as the EY Global Managing Partner – Client Service, leading the execution of the organization’s global strategy and its four geographical areas and four service lines. In 2019, Di Sibio led the development of the EY global strategy, NextWave, which expands on the purpose of Building a better working world and has a clear ambition to create long-term value for all stakeholders.

Previously, Di Sibio held several global operating and leadership positions at the EY organization, where he used his extensive experience in financial services. Early in his career at EY, he served as an Advisory and Assurance partner for many of the largest EY financial services accounts. He additionally served as the Chair of the Global Financial Services Markets Executive and Regional Managing Partner for the Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), where he started EY Risk Management and Regulatory Services, which is now a multibillion-dollar global business. He has a foundation in audit and is a practicing Certified Public Accountant. Di Sibio graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA and from Colgate University with an undergraduate degree.

 

11. Sophie Ross
Company: FTI Consulting
Title: Global Chief Executive Officer, Technology

Sophie Ross, the Global Chief Executive Officer of the Technology segment at FTI Consulting, has more than 20 years of experience in company management, strategic leadership, and operations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ross joined FTI Consulting through its 2008 acquisition of Strategic Discovery, a leader in the litigation discovery industry, where she served as the COO and was responsible for data processing, IT and client support, human resources and administration, and accounting. Prior to Strategic Discovery, Ross was EVP of Global Delivery & Operations at Freeborders. Ross has also held strategic and operational leadership roles at Revlon Inc./MacAndrews & Forbes and The Boston Consulting Group.

Prior to her current role, Ross led the Western Region for the Technology segment at FTI. In addition to her leadership role in the Technology segment, Ross is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and serves on the Global Steering Committee of FTI Consulting’s Women’s Initiative. She has won numerous industry awards, including a Lifetime Achievement award from Consulting Magazine Women Leaders, and Consulting Magazine Women Leaders Excellence in Innovation, among many others. Ross has served in the Israeli Navy Intelligence, possesses an international and European background, and is fluent in four languages. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

12. Shub Bhowmick

Shub Bhowmick is the CEO and Co-founder of Tredence. 13. Robert Moritz

15. C Vijayakumar

C Vijayakumar is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of HCLTech, a $ 11.79 billion global technology company that boasts 211,000+ professionals working across 52 countries around the globe. Vijayakumar has spearheaded HCLTech’s strategy to leverage the transformative nexus of forces like Digitalization, the Internet of Things, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence through a strategic blueprint. 16. David Kessler

As Chief Executive Officer of CohnReznick, David Kessler oversees the strategic priorities, operations, people, and client service initiatives for the firm. In this capacity, he works with the Executive Board and other firm leaders to realize CohnReznick’s purpose: creating opportunities for its people, making a difference for its clients, and strengthening its communities. In addition, Kessler has led the development of service line leadership roles that are driving global resource management at the firm, the growth of a 900-member India team, and the continuing expansion of CohnReznick’s offshore capabilities, including the recent launch of CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. Following a 30+ year career at CohnReznickm where he served as Managing Partner – Real Estate and as Bethesda, MD Co-Office Managing Partner, Kessler first assumed the role of CohnReznick’s CEO on February 1, 2020, and was re-elected to serve a second four-year term ending January 31, 2028.

 

17. Jessica Skon

Title: Global Chief Executive Officer

Jessica Skon is the Global CEO of BTS Group. Over the last two decades at BTS, Skon has worked with numerous organizations, drawing on her deep business knowledge and expertise in transformational development to help companies, teams, and leaders evolve together. In partnership with clients, Skon is responsible for pioneering the application of enterprise simulations for strategy execution. 18. Chad Hesters

20. John Walsworth

21. Clay Heskett

Clay Heskett was elected by the L.E.K. Consulting partnership to lead the firm and became a Global Managing Partner in 2021. Trey Traviesa began his professional career 20 years ago.
