The Consulting Report is pleased to announce The Top 50 Government Consultants of 2021. These individuals were selected after conducting an extensive evaluation of consultants with expertise advising at the federal, state, or local levels. We paid particular attention to their career achievements and demonstrated leadership capabilities as corroborated by industry peers.

These leaders are providing public and private-sector organizations with insights and strategies to improve operational performance in achieving mission-based objectives. With government expenditure accounting for approximately 20% of the $60 trillion global economy, the need for expert guidance from consulting professionals is at its zenith. Furthermore, recent regulatory changes and stimulus funding have shaken up the public-private entity demarcation and created a niche for firms specializing in navigating such matters. The listed executives have shored up their firms’ innovative offerings related to privatization, IT infrastructure, economic strategies, risk management, and other concerns to best assist their clients.

A leading example in public-sector consulting excellence is Roz Brooks, PwC’s U.S. Public Policy Leader, who represents PwC in its dealings with Congress and the White House. Brooks has also spearheaded a busy schedule of business strategy events such as PwC’s upcoming Global Tax Symposium in Washington, D.C. 1. George Atalla, Ernst & Young
Title: EY Global Government & Public Sector Leader

EY Global Government and Public Sector Leader George Atalla is tasked with honing and executing EY’s strategy for advising international governments. While maintaining an open line of communication with clients, he identifies critical public sector issues and guides the ongoing development of new client services and offerings. In what amounts to a consulting career of nearly 30 years, Atalla has dug his heels into more than 30 developed/developing markets and brought his unique know-how to operations for public private partnerships and outsourcing, restructuring and organizational transformation, and policy reform and investment prioritization.

Prior to his impressive work with EY, Atalla was a partner and vice president at consultancy firm Booz & Co, heading its government public sector practice across the Middle East and Africa. He also served six years as a partner and vice president of the public sector for Strategy&. Atalla received a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in transportation from Northwestern University, and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.


2. Roz Brooks, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Title: U.S. Public Policy Leader

Roz Brooks has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 25 years, working her way up the ranks to reach her current position of Principal and U.S. Public Policy Leader. In this capacity, Roz leads PwC interactions with local, state, and federal agencies in matters of business strategy, and is responsible for representing the firm in its engagements with Congress, the White House, and industry think tanks and NGOs. Under Brooks’ leadership, PwC has conducted critical training and business strategy events in Washington and beyond, incubating the next generation of business leaders and transforming major enterprises to better meet modern challenges.

Above and beyond her impressive tenure at PwC, Brooks currently serves on the boards of directors of diversity nonprofits GlobalWIN and Financial Services Professionals. With an extensive history of excellence on matters of tax consulting and public policy, Brooks has led PwC initiatives related to leadership and brand communications, and formerly served as the company’s government relations director for over a decade. Brooks earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and psychology from Stanford University, a master’s degree in law from Wayne State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan.


3. Marc Reinhardt, Capgemini
Title: Expert in Digital Government, E-gov

With a wide swath of expertise in fields including healthcare, data, and growth management, Marc Reinhardt is a trusted public sector global industry leader as Capgemini’s Expert in Digital Government and E-gov. Based in the company’s Berlin office, Reinhardt analyzes business industry trends and builds scalable solutions for social and public administrative offices. Reinhardt brings his 14 years of experience in Capgemini leadership to bear on bringing about interactive government (i*Gov), the more effective next generation of eGovernment.

Before his current career with Capgemini, Reinhardt worked for Capgemini Consulting for nine years, heading the company’s biotech and life science divisions in Europe and globally. He also worked for five years as a managing consultant with Ernst & Young. Reinhardt holds degrees in business administration from the University of California Los Angeles and ESCP Business School as well as a diploma in international management, marketing, and entrepreneurship from the University of Hohenheim.


4. Liz Forsyth, KPMG
Title: Global Head of Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare

For 19 years, Liz Forsyth has been an industry leader in her capacity as management consultants KPMG Australia’s Global Head of Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare. Forsyth made a name for herself in this position by exploiting insights from global and local firms to help secure better outcomes for clients and their communities. Over her extensive tenure with KPMG, Forsyth previously worked as national sector lead and lead partner in health, aging, and human services, and for six years she held the position of deputy chairman of the company.

In addition to her duties with KPMG, Forsyth has been a member of the health sciences faculty board at the University of Sydney for nearly a decade, and was recently named CEO of APM Human Services International’s Disability and Aged Care business. Prior to joining KPMG, Forsyth served as director of health, education, and community services with Dutch management consulting firm BearingPoint. Forsyth has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of New South Wales.


5. Leo Farber, Novartis
Title: Vice President and Head, Federal Government Affairs

Leo Farber is Vice President and Head of Federal Government Affairs at pharmaceutical firm Novartis, specializing in matters related to public affairs, government, and public policy. Prior to his current position, Farber was executive director of federal government affairs for over five years. Novartis has shown remarkable growth over the last decade, and Farber has helped coordinate the company’s advances in healthcare and biotechnology with governments to achieve better health outcomes the world over. He also represents Novartis as an employer trustee of the Pharmaceutical Industry Labor-Management Association.

Before joining Novartis in 2014, Farber served as deputy vice president of international and federal affairs at biopharmaceutical research company PhRMA, and was counsel and director of government relations at Hall & Associates. Farber earned a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University as well as a master’s degree in international affairs and a Doctorate of law from American University.


6. Kristine Martin Anderson, Booz Allen Hamilton
Title: Executive Vice President, Civilian Services Group Lead

Over her more than 15 years with storied infotech firm Booz Allen Hamilton, Kristine Martin Anderson rose from a senior vice president position to her current titles of Executive Vice President and Civilian Services Group Lead. Martin Anderson is recognized as a leader in the industry on all matters related to health information technology, and holds numerous distinctions in payment reform and health data exchange. She is a current board member of the eHealth Initiative as well as the Cost and Resource Use Standing Committee of the National Quality Forum.

Before she began her work with Booz Allen, Martin Anderson distinguished herself over 13 years as vice president of operations and strategy with care management technology provider CareScience, and was a consultant with The Moore Group for three years. In 2019, Martin Anderson’s excellence in her field was recognized with the Joseph Wharton Award from her alma mater. Martin Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.


7. Tom Dohrmann, McKinsey & Company
Title: Senior Partner, Washington DC

Tom Dohrmann is a Senior Partner in the Washington, D.C. metro area with McKinsey & Company, having previously worked as a partner with the firm for 15 years. Founder of McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice, Dohrmann leads this division in its mission to contribute industry expertise to local and national governments around the world. Dohrmann boasts a great deal of professional expertise in the fields of public and social sector works, postal and parcel services, and public finance, and he has worked with senior leaders in major government agencies to significantly enhance operations through analytics and digitization.

Dohrmann is a prolific writer on the subjects of government management and technology, and has recently published professional articles on climate risk and campaign management. Dohrmann holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Macalester College, and as a Fulbright Scholar he earned a master’s degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University.


8. Rima Assi, McKinsey & Company
Title: Senior Partner

Rima Assi is Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company, having worked her way up the ranks at the firm over the past 15 years. Leading measures focused on sovereign balance sheets and fiscal cycle management, Assi heads public finance work conducted by McKinsey throughout Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Assi’s particular areas of expertise include public finance, public and social sector works, and diversity and inclusion throughout the region.

Before joining up with McKinsey & Company in 2006, Assi held the position of risk analyst at French multinational investment bank Société Générale. A lifelong advocate of gender equity and female empowerment, Assi is a frequent speaker at diversity events, and leads the workplace parity conversation series Intimate Dialogues. Assi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Saint Joseph and a master’s degree in the same field from HEC Paris.


9. Vincent Chin, Boston Consulting Group
Title: Managing Director & Senior Partner; Global Leader, Public Sector

A stalwart figure in the world of public and private sector consulting, Vincent Chin is Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) Managing Director and Senior Partner in Singapore, and also holds the title of Global Leader, Public Sector. In his work with BCG, Chin leads the global public sector team to deliver cutting-edge solutions to government officials and private sector stakeholders alike. Chin began his work with BCG as principal, then partner and managing director of the company’s Malaysian team, rising after a celebrated decade in the field to lead the firm’s ASEAN division as senior partner and managing director.

Prior to his distinguished tenure with BCG, Chin held a manager position with Malaysian consulting firm Accenture, and cut his teeth in management and logistics as station manager for Singapore Airlines. Chin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from the National University of Singapore as well as a master’s degree in business administration and management from Edinburgh Business School.


10. Sam Espinosa, Mercer Management and HR Consulting
Title: Partner and Government National Practice Leader

Sam Espinosa, Partner and Government National Practice Leader with Mercer Management and HR Consulting, brings decades of financial and executive management experience to serve Medicaid and Medicare clients. A Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, Espinosa has helped government organizations in more than 20 states reinvent their funding streams and agency operations to achieve better outcomes for patients and employers. Espinosa is a seasoned consultant who is adept in matters related to long-term care budgeting, Medicaid managed care, health exchanges, payment reform, and person-centered planning.

Before joining Mercer in 1997, Espinosa worked as an underwriter for health and wellness firm CIGNA, and was previously vice president of government services with iHealth Technologies. An avid volunteer and active mentor in his field, he has long served on the boards of Crisis Nursery and the Foundation for Senior Living in Arizona. Espinosa holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and psychology from the University of Arizona.


11. David Downer, Willis Towers Watson
Title: Senior Director, Client Management

As Senior Director of Client Management with Willis Towers Watson, David Downer is responsible for leading the company’s coordination with client needs and risk analysis. Downer also heads Willis Towers Watson’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Industry Group, bringing his considerable experience in the industry to help government clients find solutions that make the most of their unique needs and human capital.

Downer previously distinguished himself as a principal at Hewitt Associates, and held a vice presidential position at Sibson Consulting for the better part of a decade. As an active volunteer, Downer has served as a business mentor with The Posse Foundation, sits on the board of the Tackle Tomorrow Foundation literacy nonprofit, and was a founding trustee of the Equal Footing Foundation. In addition to his status as a licensed chartered financial consultant and certified life underwriter, Downer earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, marketing, and management from the University of Richmond.


12. Phil Kleweno, Bain & Company
Title: Partner, Washington DC

As Managing Partner of Bain & Company’s Washington, D.C. office, industry standout Phil Kleweno makes the most of his decades of experience in organizational growth and management. A lifelong veteran of the management world, Kleweno has experience working in sectors ranging from hospitality to food service to specialty retail. In addition to his central duties as partner, Kleweno heads Bain’s global Leadership Center of Excellence to coordinate transformational leadership practices in C-suites around the world.

Kleweno worked with Bain for nearly 12 years at the outset of his career, leaving to serve as president of Princess Cruises and CEO of Teleflora before returning to the company in 2008. As a notable expert in the industry, Kleweno has been featured in professional trade publications in addition to appearing on Reuters TV and newspapers such as The Washington Post. Kleweno holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.


13. Marc Berman, Bain & Company
Title: Partner

For over 15 years, Marc Berman has been a valuable member of the Bain and Company team and is currently a partner in the firm’s London offices. One of the “Big 3” of management consulting, Bain & Company provides strategy and consulting to public, private, and non-profit organizations in a wide number of industries, including aerospace and defense, financial services, technology, government, and the public sector. With nearly two decades of industry and consulting experience, Berman advises clients across a range of sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, luxury goods, apparel, retail, aviation, utilities, government, mining and private equity, drawing on his deep expertise to drive bold ideas and pragmatic solutions.

Berman is an expert in the consumer products, public sector, government, and organization sectors. Prior to joining Bain, he was a consultant for McKinsey & Co. and Euromonitor, as well as the consumer products manager with Enterprise Ireland, an Irish government organization responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets. He earned a Bachelor of Science in East Asian studies from Stanford University, a Master of Science in economics and International Relations from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from London Business School.


14. Christopher Padilla, IBM
Title: Vice President, Government & Regulatory Affairs

IBM’s Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs Christopher Padilla advocates for the company’s interests with the governments of three dozen countries around the world. Padilla’s team is responsible for launching IBM’s new Policy Lab and managing future implementation and regulation of technologies including blockchain and quantum computing. In his position at the top of IBM’s government division, Padilla leverages his extensive experience working within the federal government, having previously held positions with the International Trade Administration, the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.

Padilla began his career in management positions with AT&T and Eastman Kodak, holding government affairs and international trade positions, respectively. On top of his wave-making leadership at IBM, Padilla is a member of the boards of AS/COA, the National Foreign Trade Council,’s BSA Foundation, the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and the YMCA of the National Resource Office. Padilla earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a master’s degree in international economics and U.S. Foreign Policy from The Johns Hopkins University.


15. John Goodman, Ph.D., Accenture Federal
Title: Chief Executive

John Goodman is the Chief Executive of Accenture Federal Services (AFS), which serves clients across all sectors of the US federal government — defense, intelligence, public safety, health, and civilian. Since joining Accenture in 1998, Goodman has held a variety of leadership roles, including managing director of Accenture’s defense and intelligence portfolio, head of management consulting for the global public service operating group. Before his current role, he served the firm as its chief operating officer. AFS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture LLP, is a U.S. company with offices in Arlington, Virginia.

Accenture’s federal business has served every cabinet-level department and some of the largest federal organizations for more than 30 years. With 9,000 dedicated colleagues and change makers, Accenture Federal Services transforms bold ideas into breakthrough outcomes for clients at defense, intelligence, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. Before joining Accenture, Goodman was a deputy undersecretary of industrial affairs and installations for the U.S. Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Middlebury University as well as a Master of Arts and Ph.D. from Harvard University.


16. Alicia Backous, Guidehouse
Title: Director, National Security

Guidehouse Director of National Security Alicia Backous specializes in all matters related to technology solutions and operational effectiveness for government and nonprofit programs. Over her three years in her current position, Backous has led projects with the Department of Homeland Security that focused on areas including cybersecurity, strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and information technology. During Backous’ tenure, Guidehouse was spun off from PricewaterhouseCoopers, growing to its current status at the top of the management and technology consulting world with more than 1,600 employees in 20 locations.

In addition to her time with Guidehouse, Backous has a great deal of experience in consulting and political finance; prior to holding a directorship with PricewaterhouseCoopers for nearly a decade, she worked as finance director for a U.S. Senate candidacy and for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. A Certified Project Management Professional, Backous holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan as well as a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.


17. Nick Vantzelfde, EY Parthenon/CMA Strategy Consulting
Title: Digital Infrastructure Partner

Since 2007, Nick Vantzelfde has served CMA Strategy Consulting as a managing partner, and now that the firm has been acquired by EY Parthenon, he has been tasked to take on the role of DIgital Infrastructure Partner. Vantzelfde boasts extensive experience advising senior executives on strategy, regulation, and competition issues in the communications, video, and media sectors. With a staff of about 50 professionals, the Boston-based CMA focuses on providing strategic advisory for the digital infrastructure space – including data centers and internet infrastructure, fiber networks, towers and small cells, satellite operations, communications services, and enterprise IT. The company has also specialized in supporting the technology, media, and telecommunications sector, as well. EY Parthenon is the global strategy consulting wing of EY, one of the largest professional services networks in the world.

Vantzelfde has led nearly 300 consulting projects for his clients since 1999. He has conducted due diligence on new business models across the world, including in Haiti, Brazil, Mexico, India, Japan, China, Martinique, Spain, Germany, and other countries. He has worked with service providers, investors, and government agencies to assess the market for new opportunities, anticipate competitive challenges, increase marketing effectiveness, implement new technology, and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions. Vantzelfde is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


18. Julia Harrison, FTI Consulting
Title: Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Public Affairs & Government Relations

At the outset of 2020, public affairs wizard Julia Harrison rose from her longtime position of managing partner to become Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Public Affairs & Government Relations with FTI Consulting. Specializing in political and strategic communications with more than three decades of public affairs experience, in her professional life Harrison emphasizes delivering board-level advice to manage change and resolve disputes.

Harrison is a founding board member of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society and has worked extensively to raise funds for her alma mater of Downing College. Previous to her achievements working with FTI Consulting, Harrison founded Brussels-based public affairs consulting startup Blueprint, a company that was eventually sold to FTI. She also held the title of CEO of public affairs for Europe with Fleishman-Hillard for 16 years. Harrison earned a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Cambridge.


19. Shoshana Krilow, Vizient, Inc.
Title: Senior Vice President, Public Policy and Government Relations

As senior vice president of public policy and government relations, Shoshana Krilow leads Vizient government relations, monitoring federal legislative and regulatory developments of importance to Vizient and its members. Vizient is the largest member-driven health care performance improvement company in the United States, providing solutions and services that improve the delivery of high-value care by aligning cost, quality, and market performance for more than 50% of the nation’s acute care providers, which includes 95% of national academic medical centers, and more than 20% of ambulatory care providers.

Prior to joining the company, Krilow served as director of health and clinical affairs for the University of California, focusing on issues related to health policy and biomedical research for the UC Health system. She also has deep legislative expertise, having spent several years on Capitol Hill, where she worked as a health policy advisor for Rep. Marion Berry and Sen. Joseph Lieberman. Before that, Krilow worked as an analyst, investment advisor, and regional internal wholesaler for Goldman Sachs and Co., Smith Barney, and J.P. Morgan, respectively. She received her law degree from Ohio State University in 2007 and became a member of the Ohio State Bar that same year. She is also a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she received her bachelor’s degrees in English and psychology.


20. Anshu Vats, Oliver Wyman
Title: Partner and Global Lead of Public Sector and Policy Practice

As Partner and Global Lead of Public Sector and Policy Practice for management consulting titan Oliver Wyman, Anshu Vats works tirelessly to improve the competitiveness and efficacy of the world’s economic policies. Vats currently wears many hats at Oliver Wyman, including serving as market leader for the UAE, leading the firm’s Global Leadership Team, and sitting on the MMC Global Leadership Council. Among the issues at play in his work are localization, human capital, and sectoral development in industries ranging from retail and corporate banking to leisure and tourism.

Over the course of his 30-year career in finance and policy, Vats has worked with some of the most storied names in the business, holding top-level positions with Kearney, Capgemini, and Oracle as well as startups in the Asia–Pacific market. Vats holds a Master of Business Administration focusing on marketing and operations from Massey University, and earned further business certifications from London Business School and the University of Oxford.


21. Michael Carrasco, Alvarez & Marsal
Title: Managing Director, Public Sector Services

In the latest chapter in his career of excellence in law, Michael Carrasco is currently Managing Director at Houston-based consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal, working to lead the company’s Public Sector Services division. Carrasco contributes his decades of experience working with government agencies to steer organizational transformation projects, specializing in matters including risk management and IT strategy. A veteran officer in the U.S. Air Force and former director of criminal justice operations at the U.S. State Department, in his work with Alvarez & Marsal Carrasco has delivered unmatched legal guidance to public and private sector clients including the International Monetary Fund and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Before beginning his tenure at Alvarez & Marsal, Carrasco was a partner with Gartner, a director at PwC accountants, and an attorney at Wilson Elser. A member of the New York State Bar, Carrasco holds certifications in military law, project management, and communicating about culturally sensitive issues. Carrasco earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Binghamton University, and a Juris Doctor of law from the University of Pittsburgh.


22. Andrew Montgomery, BearingPoint
Title: Global Leader of Government and Public Sector

For nearly two decades, Andrew Montgomery has worked to increase the resilience of public services in communities struggling to keep up with the new economy, and he has done so to great acclaim in his current position as Global Leader of Government and Public Sector with European management consulting firm BearingPoint. Montgomery uses his nearly 30 years of expertise in the field to help clients transform their organizations with cutting-edge business and technology solutions. Some of Montgomery’s particular areas of emphasis include operational effectiveness and designing custom business models for local and national government offices.

Before beginning his work with BearingPoint, Montgomery worked for nearly a decade with multinational accounting firm KPMG, moving through the ranks from technical team lead to principal of ERP applications and consumer and industrial markets. Montgomery holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in management science and industrial systems studies from Trinity College Dublin, and earned diplomas in management and executive leadership from Yale.


23. Kevin Smith, Crowe LLP
Title: Managing Partner, Public Sector

Kevin Smith is the managing partner of the Crowe LLP public sector services group and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of accounting and consulting services for higher education, not-for-profit, and governmental entities. With offices around the world, Crowe has more than 4,000 personnel delivering exceptional client service while upholding its core values and strong professional standards. Crowe uses its deep industry expertise to provide audit services to public and private entities, such as banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and more. As Managing Partner, Smith boasts more than 25 years of experience assisting public sector organizations with audit and advisory services in the areas of financial statements, compliance reviews, internal audits, and federal grants and awards.

Smith is an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Government Finance Officers Association, among many professional affiliations. Prior to joining Crowe, Smith worked in the KPMG government practice. He graduated from East Central University, Harland C Stonecipher School of Business.


24. Amanda Bonser, Huron Consulting
Title: Managing Director

For 15 years, Managing Director and Federal Government Leader Amanda Bonser has steered Huron Consulting to new heights in delivering top-tier enterprise growth strategy solutions to its government clients. Specializing in high-reliability organizations such as hospitals and healthcare systems, Bonser leads her team to improve engagements in workforce optimization, organizational change management, and safety transformation. Bonser has also worked to bring greater equity to the workplace, co-chairing the Huron Diversity and Inclusion Council and sponsoring their Women iMatter Team resource group.

A passionate volunteer in addition to her significant career accomplishments, for over seven years Bonser has worked with international social services organization Dress for Success Worldwide. This year, Bonser’s achievements in the field of consulting were honored by being named one of Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting for 2021. Bonser has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


25. Laurie Tish, Moss Adams
Title: Partner, National Practice Leader, Government

Laurie Tish is Partner and National Practice Leader in Government with Moss Adams. With more than 16 years under her belt in this position, Tish brings an incredible store of knowledge to bear in helping municipal and federal government offices improve their sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial matters of all stripes. Though Tish has achieved great success with clients in a huge array of industries, her main areas of expertise lie within special enterprise funds, nonprofits, and food and beverage clients.

In his nearly 25-year career, Coleman has become an expert consultant on asset valuation, market price forecasting, commodity risk management, and strategic analysis for clients in both the electric and natural gas industries. Before joining NorthBridge, he was a treasury intern at ExxonMobil. He began his career as an analyst at NorthBridge, as well. He holds an AB in physics from Dartmouth University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.

He has 12 years of institutional and entrepreneurial experience in different industries and capabilities, mainly in agribusiness, consumer goods, food & beverage, and healthcare. Elrani is a CFA Charterholder, Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA). Before joining Ollen Group, he was deputy chief executive officer of Badia Farms, a leading AgTech company in the MENA region. He was also a senior manager of strategy consulting and deals advisory at PwC Middle East, and held several other leadership roles with firms across the region. He started his career by establishing a sports training startup and was in parallel handling the financial management of his family-owned carpet factory. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in banking and finance from Lebanese University.
