Deloitte and Palo Alto Networks Empower Digital Transformation Initiatives Through New Partnership

As businesses continue digitizing operations and moving toward new practices, companies are in search of a secure option for business transformation. Multinational professional services network Deloitte has partnered with global cybersecurity leader Palo Alto Networks to enable secure digital transformations.

Now more than ever there is a need to move to the cloud and rely on zero-trust approaches. Palo Alto Networks’ platform security capabilities combined with Deloitte's cyber risk consulting services will allow customers to move past perimeter-based security models in order to protect important networks, devices, applications, and data.

With these digital transformations comes the need to stay innovative and agile. This alliance is data-driven and offers identity-aware visibility across the attack surface. Deloitte and Palo Alto Networks have partnered to simplify even the most complex security infrastructures.

The company's combined initial focus is to provide solutions for public sector, critical infrastructure, financial services, health care, life sciences, telecommunications, and media industries.

Zero-trust strategies are proving to be continuously relevant due to the distribution of enterprises as there has been a large shift to at-home work models. Deloitte and Palo Alto Networks have created a zero-trust solution to offer cyber assessment, strategy, design, configuration, and integration services that are in agreement with zero-trust principles.

This enablement will strengthen Palo Alto Networks’ security portfolio in order to increase company adoptions of zero-trust strategies, including identity management and hybrid and private/public cloud environments.

Another solution is the cloud security automation and orchestration which combines Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma Cloud, the industry’s only comprehensive cloud-native security platform, Cortex® XSOAR , an extended security orchestration, automation, and response platform, and  Deloitte’s cloud security central framework and library of cloud security use cases. This will allow customers to build automated preventative, detective, and corrective controls across cyber risk domains, embed security into their cloud deployment, and deliver cloud security services in a rapid manner.

This alliance will let customers perform safeguarded digital transformations while offering strategic management, zero trust approaches, automation, and orchestration. These solutions are currently available in the United States through Deloitte.
