ServiceNow Experts GlideFast And Pharicode Join Forces

GlideFast Consulting, an IT consulting, development, and implementation firm, has announced its merger with Pharicode, a Microsoft Partner with cloud-hosting capabilities, marking it as a leading solutions provider in the Federal ServiceNow space. It’s a natural fit, as both organizations are Elite ServiceNow Partners.

ServiceNow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides cloud-based technical management support, as well as a digital workflow automation platform that empowers enterprise organizations in improving operational efficiency by automating and streamlining work tasks. Utilized by nearly 7,000 enterprise customers including Deloitte, Ricoh, and Lloyds Banking Group, the platform connects people, functions, and systems across enterprises. Users are able to integrate existing workflow software into the platform and take advantage of automation discovery, performance analytics, predictive intelligence, and process optimization capabilities.

The merger will see GlideFast Consulting integrate over 50 professionals from Pharicode into its team, making it one of the largest and most certified Elite partners in the ServiceNow world. The combined businesses will offer implementation, process consulting, staff augmentation, custom application development, training, and instance administration services to its clients in addition to the newly joined Pharicode’s cloud capabilities.

Stephen Light, CFSO at GlideFast Consulting, said, “With this exciting merger of Pharicode into the GlideFast brand, we continue our mission and our team will only continue to grow. Our federal practice will continue to be of high importance with an emphasis on unique, new banners across the Department of Defense and Federal / Civilian space. Our cloud modernization and hosting platform will continue to be a differentiator in the market for us and is a key capability in our wheelhouse. Our partnership with Microsoft will be more important than ever as ServiceNow continues to expand its mission areas side by side with them as well."

The market for ServiceNow Partners is one of the hottest areas for acquisitions in the MSP sector, with no less than 46 mergers and acquisitions of ServiceNow Partners occurring since August of 2014, and 28 of them happening since the beginning of 2020. With over 21,500 Partners listed on ServiceNow’s website, this appears to be the latest in a growing market trend toward consolidation.
